Best location on the beach! We have stayed at other places but this is our favorite!

We loved our stay in this wonderful condo. There were plenty of amenities and had everything we needed for our stay. The condo itself was beautiful and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We liked being on the ground floor because of the easy access to the pool and beach. The owners were very easy to communicate. They were also very helpful with working with our timeline for our trip. We will being staying here again!

Very nice, clean and comfy place, we really enjoyed the condo, also great big screen TVs with high speed internet and on the first floor, great balcony in front of the pool and 20 feet from the beach, we will definitely go back again

This is a wonderful place, beautiful beaches, amazing views and sunsets. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The condo was beautiful and had every accommodation you can think of.

This condo is fabulous! It was clean and beautifully decorated. All of the beds were very comfortable. My family and I had a blast! We love that it’s on the first floor, just steps from the pool and ocean. The owners are easy to correspond with and reply promptly. We will definitely be booking this condo in the future!

Perfect location, with breathtaking panoramic views of the beach and ocean from the wrap around balcony. Having the sliding doors in the interior brought in the ocean breeze and great sounds of the waves through the night. Everything was nicely appointed and very comfortable. We look forward to making this location a family tradition for us.

Wonderful condo with great accommodations AND in a great location. Ground floor unit steps away from pool, hot tub, beach and all the amenities of the facility. 2 minute walk to Banditos. Easy check in & check out with 24 hour security on site.

Second time renting from Michelle. Everything was perfect, in working order, and clean. Check in and communication was easy and flawless. Don't hesitate to rent these condos.

Wow! What a beautiful condo! The location was amazing! You can catch both the sunrise and sunset from the incredible wraparound veranda! Stunning and so comfortable! Everything you needI is right there in the Sandy Beach community! We would highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay. We walked to Wrecked on the reef. The pool and hot tub was right out the front door. Super cute condo with a comfortable bed. The grounds are meticulously clean. The swim up pool bar was heated and the views were perfect. The host was very accommodating and reachable.

This was our second time with Rocky Point Condos and both were great experiences. They are very responsive and helpful and the space was perfect for our extended family gathering. Our family also enjoyed the heated pool and wonderful outside space. Thanks for a great experience!

Beautiful view of the sea and the most fantastic sunsets from the balcony. Everyone was friendly & informative. Loved that our front door was located 10 steps from the elevators.

Needed a break so my Fiancée and I decided a weekend vacation in Rocky Point. This luxury condo was not only very affordable, (after reviewing competing properties) but it was completely spotless. The bed and furniture was VERY comfortable and the powerful AC turned a hot Mexico day in to a cool, relaxing afternoon . I would highly recommend and will be staying here again in the future .

Very nice clean place, right next to the water, has a restaurant ( try the pizza, surprisingly good) and store on resort for easy convenience, would definitely recommend and stay again

Perfect pool side one-bedroom. Steps awa6 from pool or ocean. We will be back.
