Our first trip to Rocky Point was way back in 2003. After moving from California to Phoenix, we were missing the beach and discovered Rocky Point, Mexico, also known as Puerto Peñasco, or as we like to call it, "Arizona's Beach." On a blistering 115-degree day in Phoenix, we packed up our two kids and headed south. Four hours later, we were on the patio of a two-bedroom ground-floor condo at The Sonoran Spa Resort, sipping ice-cold margaritas, munching on fresh fish tacos, and enjoying incredible oceanfront views of the Sea of Cortez. We were hooked! We loved it so much that we extended our stay and bought our first condo at The Sonoran Sea Resort. Over the years, we were lucky enough to purchase a few more condos, turning our love for Rocky Point into a full-time business.

These days, with so many condo options, picking the right one can feel like a game of "Condo Roulette." We learned this the hard way while waiting for our first condo to be completed. Many of the places we rented were more "retro disaster" than "relaxing retreat." This made us realize that who you rent from really does matter! That’s why we take great pride in constantly updating and meticulously maintaining our condos, ensuring our guests have the best Rocky Point experience possible.
